After months of planning and consultation, Carers Oxfordshire is happy to announce the launch of its new website.

The website offers valuable information to carers for various aspects of their caring role.

“We are happy that our website is now live," says Catherine Blaxhall, Carers Support Service Manager.

“We hope that carers will find the information and details on there useful in as many areas of their caring roles as possible.” she adds.

The new Carers Oxfordshire website offers a cleaner and much easier navigation for its users so that they can easily find the information relevant to them.

Some key features include a ‘Find the Nearest Carers Support Group’ search box, which allows cares to find support groups close to them.

“There are many new features we hope to launch on the website in the coming months”, adds Carers Oxfordshire’s Online Marketing and Media Officer, Dr Yemisi Akinbobola.

The website also features syndicated content from Carers Direct, so that not only will carers have access to local information, but through the syndicated content, they also have access to national information relevant to their caring role.

“We hope that carers find the new website up to standard, and that it meets their needs," says Simon Bolton, Business Development Manager, Carers Oxfordshire.

“We do welcome feedback from everyone who visits the website so that it remains a very useful tool for carers in Oxfordshire."
