We’re pleased to share that Carents will be holding the very first Carents Day – a national awareness day dedicated to recognising and celebrating the millions of adults in the UK who care for their elderly parents.

It’s about shining a light on the vital, often unseen role that so many people play, and offering carers the chance to pause, connect and take a little time for themselves.

Free online events will run throughout the day – from creative workshops to wellbeing sessions – giving carers tools, ideas and support you can dip into when it suits.
