Our Team

Our team live in Oxfordshire, we are based in our local community.  This means we understand the area in which the carers we support live, and we can support carers in our own local areas.

Many of our staff have been carers or are currently carers themselves, therefore we understand the highs and lows of caring. We know that caring can be stressful and lonely while also being incredibly fulfilling and life affirming.

We make your caring journey easier by offering advice and support to enable you to navigate what can be a confusing system. Armed with knowledge and confidence we can tackle things together.

We listen to you as individuals, that’s why 99 % of you tell us you feel better after our support and our Carer’s Journey programme, created with and for carers won a national award in February 2021.

“I felt a real connection with the support person who saw us.”

Jenna, cares for her mum

“The most helpful aspect for me was contact with your team member who I found very helpful and informative. It’s comforting to know help is available if and when needed.”

Jim cares for his wife

When this course was suggested to me, I had no idea what a difference it would make to me.

Alison cares for her son.

Meet our team

Many of our carers say to us, “I wouldn’t have it any other way, I just need that bit more support” and that is why we exist.
