Vicky Steaman: Administrator

Vicky joined us in April 2023 to assist with our administration, including processing Max Card and Carer ID applications.

She brings over ten years of experience working in the caring sector. Her background includes serving as an administrator of a residential care home, working as a receptionist at a doctor’s surgery, and supporting an out of hours service that alleviated pressure on A&E.

Vicky also has personal experience as an unpaid carer, managing the challenges of balancing work and caring responsibilities. Additionally, she has cared for someone with Lewy Body Dementia.

Vicky works Mondays to Thursdays from 9 am to 4.30 pm.
