National charity Family Fund launched a new ‘Discover more support’ search tool on their website. It can help you more easily find services best suited to you and your family.

Families raising a disabled child or young person can use it to find organisations that offer support. Parents and carers can browse through the 130 organisations listed on our search tools to find help on topics such as: 

• money and benefits  
• mental health and wellbeing  
• education and learning  
• disability.
