Art for Relaxation III

The beneficial effects of creating and observing art on our health are well-documented. For centuries, people used creativity to deal with stress, cope with trauma and improve self-awareness and self-esteem. The purpose of this programme is to explore various forms of art styles inspired by some of the famous artists to help us relax. Each week’s programme also incorporates different art ideas and materials to create an original effect for your creation.
