Mindfulness is a powerful tool for life. It enables you to adopt a new mindset of staying focused and aware of the present moment in a positive way. In this course, you will learn how to self-manage yourself, deal with stress and anxiety replace them with desired well-being. We will practice ways of how quickly we can come back to a positive state of peace, joy and calmness. This course is a step-by-step guide on how to make Mindfulness a way of life.
10 x 1 hour sessions online, Mondays 25th April 2022 – 11 July 2022 11am -12 pm
