Contribute your lived experiences to local hospitals and shape the future of Nursing
Are you a patient, carer, or young person who has received or is still receiving care from Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (OUH)? Are you eager to make a difference in patient care while contributing your unique perspectives?
OUH are looking for patients, carers, and young people to join their Steering Group. This is a group which can give guidance on the general direction an organisation should head in.
Aims of the role:
- Be an active member of the Research Priorities Steering Group where you will be asked to contribute your expertise and time
- Participate in at least quarterly steering committee meetings online
- Provide valuable insights during the interim priorities setting stage
- Help agree on the final shortlist of research questions
- Oversee the planning of the priority setting workshop
Requirements:
- An interest in nursing care and research
- Willingness to contribute time and expertise
- Availability to attend online meetings
- Experience as a patient, carer, or young person who has received or accessed care or services from OUH
