Kick off with a verse is a programme of free online sessions for carers of someone living with dementia — or for former carers adjusting to life after caring.

Join a 90-minute session on Wednesday 14th January, 2–3.30pm or Thursday 15th January, 7–8.30pm to check in with others, enjoy a gentle stretch, practice relaxation, and explore your experiences through a poem — all in a safe, supportive space.
